At Trinity Oaks C of E Primary School we may agree to give prescribed medicines e.g. antibiotics, inhalers on a case by case basis, provided we are given sufficient written information so that we are competent to do so.

Parents are required to complete the Medication Administration Form and should bring any medication directly to the School Office. No medications should be left in a child’s bag.

Parents/careers are welcome to come and give medication to their own child by arrangement if they require it during the school day. This must be arranged with the class teacher and the School Office informed.
