Values
Since joining the Diocese of Southwark in September 2014, our school has served more than 220 pupils each year, aged three to eleven. From Acorns Pre-schoolthrough to Year 6, we offer a rich and inclusive curriculum designed to challenge, inspire and prepare children for the future.
Our core values – Respectful, Kind and Compassionate, Thankful, Resilient and Aspirational – are lived out daily in every classroom, in worship, in our approach to wellbeing and in the relationships between pupils, staff and parents.
Relationships
Relationships are at the heart of all that we do. As a small school, every individual is known and cherished. We focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with all pupils and their families.
Trinity Oaks is a place where compassion and rigour go hand in hand, enabling all acorns to flourish into mighty oaks. Academic success does not come at the expense of a caring environment; it thrives because of it.

Wrap around care
We also understand the increasing demands on families. To support this, we provide high-quality wraparound care (please see the Treetops page for more information), a dedicated home-school link worker and a close-knit community.
Christian distinctiveness
As a Church School, our Christian distinctiveness is rooted in our vision inspired by the Church of England’s call to be “Deeply Christian, serving the common good.” We embed our Christian values in everything we do, including our curriculum, worship, behaviour and relationships. Our Christian character is not simply what we say, but what we live. Our priority is that every child feels safe, valued, heard and loved, guided by our values as we strive for excellence and compassion in equal measure.

Acorns Pre-school
Our Pre-School, Acorns, provides a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where our youngest children take their very first steps in education.
In Acorns, we focus on building strong foundations through play, exploration and high-quality interactions. Children are supported to develop their communication and language skills, grow in confidence and independence, and begin to form positive relationships with others.
Our experienced staff create a safe and engaging setting where every child is valued as an individual. Through a carefully planned curriculum, children are encouraged to be curious, active learners, developing the key skills they need as they prepare for Reception and beyond.
As part of the Trinity Oaks community, children in Acorns benefit from a seamless transition into school life, becoming familiar with routines, expectations and the wider environment from an early stage.
