Sports day will run all morning from 9.00am until 12.15pm, followed by a family picnic lunch.

Please ensure your child has a hat, water bottle and suncream - it is forecast to be very hot and although the children will have gazebos to sit under in between their events, they will be competing in the sunshine.

CHILDREN: Children to wear their house colour t-shirt with PE kits to school – teachers will clarify this with you over Google classroom.

Oaks, Willow, Holly class children will be provided with a picnic lunch because they receive universal free school meals. Dietary requirements will be catered for as normal.

Hawthorn, Maple, Sycamore, Ash class children - please provide your child with a packed lunch. If your child receives a free school meal (pupil premium) and you would like them to have a school picnic lunch - please let the school office know by the end of Monday 19th June.

FOTO will provide all children with an ice pop treat after their lunch.

At 1pm all children will go back to their classrooms to register with their teacher – after which you can pick them up from their classroom door and take them home if you wish or they can stay at school for the afternoon as normal.

PARENTS: Please bring your own picnic blankets/chairs/umbrellas for shade.

FOTO will be selling soft drinks and pastries/ice creams during the morning for spectators. There will also be a tea station for you to help yourself and contribute a donation. Please bring your own picnic lunch to enjoy with your children.
