Welcome to Trinity Oaks Church of England Primary School and Acorns Pre-school.

‘Where acorns flourish into mighty oaks’

At Trinity Oaks C of E Primary School, you will discover a caring, Christian community where every child is known, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Since September 2014, under the Diocese of Southwark, our school serves over 220 pupils, each academic year, aged 3 to 11. From Acorns Pre-school through Year 6 we offer a rich, inclusive curriculum designed to challenge, inspire and prepare children for the future.

At Trinity Oaks our core values are Respectful, Kind & Compassionate, Thankful, Resilient, Aspirational.

These values are lived out in every classroom, in worship, in how we support each child’s wellbeing, and in the relationships between pupils, staff and parents.

We take pride in our most recent Ofsted inspection (April 2022) in which the school was judged Good, with Outstanding for Early Years, and for Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare.

‘Rooted in God’s love and Christian values, we are a school who treasure each individual, enabling them to flourish and achieve’.

As a Church School, our Christian distinctiveness is rooted in our vision inspired by the Church of England’s call to be “Deeply Christian, serving the common good.” We embed our Christian values in all we do, including our curriculum, worship, behaviour and the relationships that shape our community.

Our SIAMS inspection (September 2017) found that we are meeting the needs of all learners through the school’s distinctive Christian character, with their findings leading to an overall SIAMS grading of Good.  We are looking forward to our next SIAMs inspection where we can further showcase the impact of our values for both children and adults alike.

We believe SIAMS affirms that our Christian character is not simply what we say, but what we live. It recognises our efforts to ensure every child feels safe, valued, heard and loved and that we are guided by our values in striving for excellence and compassion alike.

We understand the demands on families, so we provide high-quality wraparound care via Treetops from 7.45am to 6pm for Reception to Year 6, supporting working parents and giving children a safe, engaging space beyond school hours.

I warmly invite you to come and see us in action. A visit to Trinity Oaks is the best way to experience our warm atmosphere, committed staff, and joyful children. Please contact the school office to arrange a tour.

We look forward to welcoming you into our school.

“Trinity Oaks is a lovely and friendly community, teachers are accessible if you need them. Our daughter's first year has seen her come on in leaps and bounds. She loves it there.”

“Trinity Oaks is a wonderful school, all the children are so happy and you can see that in their classes. The teachers are fantastic, so invested in each child as an individual. There is a lovely feel within the school, lots of interaction between children, parents and the school staff. I would absolutely recommend this school to all.”

“Fantastic little school.”

From the moment I first visited the school I knew my children would flourish here. The teaching staff are fantastic, the provisions are great and the additional help for my child with SEN has been invaluable. The head teacher is so passionate about the school and making improvements, the quality of the teaching is proven in the consistent results. I would not hesitate in recommending Trinity Oaks.
